By using padmavati-jewellers.com you agree to these Website Terms. They govern browsing, enquiries, and information shown on the site. They do not replace the tax invoice or the Sale, Exchange & Buyback policy for a purchase made at our counter.

This site is an information and enquiry channel for Padmavati Jewellers, a jewellery counter in Uttan, Mira Bhayandar. Product pages, photographs, 3D views, and rates help you decide whether to visit. They are not a binding online storefront.

We do not currently complete jewellery sales with online payment on this website. Orders and payments are confirmed at the counter (or by written confirmation we issue).

Metal rates and estimated prices on the site are indicative. They are derived from rates we post and may exclude GST, making charges, stone value, or other line items that appear on a final bill.

Gold and silver rates move through the day. The price that binds a sale is the one locked on your tax invoice at the counter, not a screenshot or earlier web estimate.

Photographs, renders, and 3D models are illustrative. Colour, finish, and proportion can differ under store lighting. Weight, purity, and dimensions on the invoice and hallmark control over marketing copy.

Stock changes. A piece shown as available may already be sold when you arrive. We will tell you honestly and offer alternatives when we can.

Enquiring about a product (including via WhatsApp) does not reserve the piece or create a contract of sale unless we expressly confirm a hold or booking in writing and any agreed advance is received.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape content at scale without permission, impersonate others, or use contact details for spam.

Admin areas are restricted to authorised staff. Unauthorised access is prohibited.

Brand marks, photography, copy, and site design belong to Padmavati Jewellers or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on website estimates, temporary site downtime, or third-party platforms (maps, social networks, messaging apps) outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for defective goods as provided under applicable consumer protection statutes for in-person sales.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes relating to website use are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over Mira Bhayandar / Thane, Maharashtra, without prejudice to mandatory consumer forums available to you.
